HugCrochet specializes exclusively in digital crochet patterns (PDF files). No physical items or printed materials will be shipped to your physical address.

Delivery Method:
Immediately after your payment is successfully processed and confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing a secure link to download your PDF pattern(s). Additionally, you can download your purchased files directly from the order confirmation page on our website.

Shipping Cost:
Because all of our products are delivered digitally via email and instant download, there are absolutely zero shipping costs and no hidden handling fees for all available countries (including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Europe).

Lost or Delayed Emails:
If you do not see the order confirmation or download email in your primary inbox within a few minutes of purchase, please check your "Spam", "Junk", or "Promotions" folders. 

If you still cannot locate your digital files, or if you accidentally entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us immediately at dlori3343@gmail.com with your name or order details. Our support team will manually resend your download links within 24 hours.
