Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of PDF crochet patterns on HugCrochet are final. Once the digital file has been downloaded, sent, or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. 

Download Issues & Assistance:
If you experience any technical difficulties with your download or did not receive the download link via email, please contact us immediately at dlori3343@gmail.com with your order number. We ensure you will receive your file within 24 hours.

Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds or store credits may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as if an item was accidentally purchased twice in a single transaction, or if there is a verified technical error in the pattern file that we are unable to fix. Your satisfaction is always our top priority.
